Our 20 Year Warranty
We offer a 20 YEAR WARRANTY for both Residential and Commercial installations. The warranty period begins when the Window Medics restoration is completed. Transferring ownership is possible, as long as the original receipt is produced for warranty claims.
For Defogging Service we shall provide:
- Re-servicing of the window if visible water, or water droplets, remains between thermal window panes more than twelve (12) weeks after the Window Medics installation. A refund of the purchase price will be given if Window Medics is unable to remove the moisture from between your window panes within the first year after installation.
- A replacement window is provided if window breakage should occur when the dealer performs window restoration work.
- Replacing a one-way valve may occur if water droplets appear between the thermal windowpanes after a Window Medics restoration treatment has been completed.
For Preventative Service we shall provide:
- A replacement window if window breakage should occur during the valve installation.
- Re-servicing of the window if visible water, or water droplets form in-between the panes.
- A complete refund of the original price paid if visible water or water droplets appear after re-servicing.
